After installation and activation of your alarm there is a short delay for Police response due to the paperwork application for your own Unique Reference Number, the length of this is dependant on your local Constabulary, your monitoring, key holder and Fire Rescue Service response is immediate as a URN is not required.

On a single activation of a PIR or door contact, two-way audio communication activated allowing you to speak directly to the Monitoring Station. Once there is a confirmed or sequential activation (i.e. 2 or more), it defaults to the emergency services being alerted where required.
